Form Processing

Our contact form is processed using Formspree, a third-party form processing provider.

When you submit the form, the information you provide is transmitted to Formspree so that the submission can be processed and delivered to us.

Formspree states that its services are hosted using Amazon Web Services in the United States and that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable for GDPR-related international data transfers. You can read their terms in the Formspree Privacy Policy.

Email Communications

Form submissions are delivered to our current business Gmail account. Google may process email and related account data in accordance with Google’s own privacy terms and policies.

We use these emails only for business correspondence and related recordkeeping unless another use is separately explained to you.

Who We Share Information With

We share information only with:

• Formspree, for contact-form processing
• Google/Gmail, for receiving and managing business correspondence
• Service providers necessary to operate or secure the website, if applicable

We do not sell personal information.

We do not currently share contact-form data for behavioural advertising.

International Processing

Because NOLAVU 3D Studio operates from China and uses service providers that may process information in other countries, personal information may be processed outside the country where you are located.

Where required, service providers may use recognised transfer mechanisms or contractual safeguards for international transfers.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, manage related business communications, maintain appropriate records, or meet applicable legal obligations.

Formspree’s current Free plan stores submission history for 30 days. Copies of a submission delivered to our email account may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary for the business purposes described above.

• Requesting correction of inaccurate information
• Requesting deletion where applicable

We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural advertising cookies on this website.

We take reasonable steps to limit access to business inquiry information and use service providers that provide security measures for their services.

However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
